Sir
greetings to u all
my old age family friend has acquired some property by final degree and judgement and after that a compromise degree also passed and based on the compromise degree she gave power to 3rd party.the property has 2 subdivisions and she mentioned one subdivision for the power document and the agent also sold it to some parties some 8 years before. The issue is she mentioned one subdivision of survey number in the power document but she mentioned the extent as per compromise judgement that means full extent of compromise degree.the power agent and the purchasers also executed documents without proper survey and boundary.she is illiterate and she also forget the whole thing.after the above power and sales now the compromise judgement set aside by the court and final degree and judgement restored and accordingly the area of award increased to some extent. after conducting the survey recently she came to know that the power deed limited to the survey number of one subdivision and the boundaries of the sale documents executed without proper survey and road for the land also documented as land.now as the compromise degree is no more active final degree is active ,please guide her can she sale the other survey subdivision property which not limited by the power document by survey subdivision. if can please provide information as she is aged, illiterate poor and need to sale the land of the other subdivision for her livelihood.
thanks with regards
