Hello Sir,
My sister's husband has 7 brother. after his father and mother dead, 5 brother including my sister husband is handling his business and 2 brother is also no more.
Now my sister's husband is continusly working in business but his brother is not giving any money to my sister's husband and also torturing to my sister and my JIJAJI (Sister's Husband).
Now his/Her life in danger. So he want patition but his other 4 brother is not ready. But my sister want to seperate because her and her husband life in danger and also in absance of money it is very dificult to manage family.
So please suggest, How I can claim the property.
