Iam querying on behalf of my mother
Her mothers (my grandmother) property has gone to be devided. Agreed to give a portion, but as my uncle like. Partition will be done without even measuring the complete area, still we are ready to agree.
1. As per law what is the right of married daughter on her mothers property?
Have four children (including me)
2 elder sisters got married (none have own home)
Iam working abroad (middle east)
Younger sister doing study
2. Suppose i have an objection regarding this partiton what i can do?
