Need ur advice.
Topic is of ancestor's property of 5500 sq feet in mumbai. In its prop card there r 2 names: of my great grandfather & my small grandmother.my grandfather had 5 chidren-2 sons and 3 daughters.Each son has 4 chidrens and one daughter has 2,other has 1,other has 2.But while my grandpa was paralysed n in coma,his dad(means my greatgranpa) expired in village in my small granpa's home.So when my graetgranpa was unconscious,will was fraudly made by small grandpa n thumb impresion of my greatgranpa was taken.....
we dont know what is written in will....but village family are saying that they'll in all out of 11 chidren's 1 will keep 60% & other 10 will distibute only 40% among themselves.........
But on otherside BMC/court athority are asking all to deposit rs.80000 to probate the will as it is of 1977
And currently no one has the power of attorney!!!!!!!!
so pleas guide me what to do now!!!!!!!!
