Sir I(General category) want to buy a property (not approved u/s 143) which is owned by SC category person. Initially this land was of a general category person but he sold this to sc category person and sc person never done mutation (dakhil kharij) with his name Sir please suggest me should i buy or not and if i buy then how it is possible to apply for dakhil kharij with my name
