There is no concept called ancestral property under Muslim personal law instead, all property is treated as separate, vesting absolute ownership with the individual, and inheritance rights only arise after death, with fixed shares for heirs, not based on joint family status. Under Muslim Law, property is considered an individual's absolute property during their lifetime, and heirs receive definite fractional shares of the estate upon the owner's demise, with no birthright or joint family claims.
