Property dispute

My Maternal Uncle has mortgaged my grand father's property without informing my mother and mothers sister (aunt) illegaly to a pvt bank showing falsely that my maternal uncle is the only heir of the property and has no sisters . Then when we suddenly came to know this we filed an FIR to the police against my maternal uncle and also filed a civil case against him and the bank . And now the case is going for around 7 years and not ending and we are exhausted giving money to the lawyers . And not understanding whether they are continuing it just for gaining money though its obvious . We want our property to be partitioned . And in the mean time we also brought out a certified copy of the dalil from R R department though the original dalil is still in accuisition of the fraud bank . What to do now we want to end this case and move out from here. Please guide.

The bank shall obtain proper legal opinion and examine all docs before passing and disbursing loan.

As per your post you are pointing to connivance of Bankers.

The courts are overburdened and that is one of the reasons for huge delays.

As per your post you are pointing to dissatisfaction with your lawyer(s).

If you are not satisfied with your lawyer(s) obtain second opinion from a senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity, specializing in revenue/property/civil matters, and show all docs on rtecord and entire case file for a considered opinion.
