Property Demolished without Notice from MCD

Hi, I was constructing my 94 sq yards property. One of my neighbour filed case against MCD & Police in H.Court against my construction. MCD demolished 3 lanters of my property without even sending notice to me, 4th lanter was about to complete, walls and columns were not demolished. MCD replied in H.Court ' they have made property unhabitable '. Now I am staying in rented accommodation. I was under impression that below 105 sq mtr plot doesn't need any 'naksha pass' from MCD, that's my Mistake. I want to reconstruct my Building as per MCD building construction rules, Plz Advice can I get my Property regularise from MCD or can I get Naksha pass from MCD by paying proper fees or penalty. waiting for ur esteem advice. Thank you Regards Ravi Gupta
