Broken pieces are falling and disturbing my house plumbing lines etc. Yesterday forcibly I spent 1500/-  Now I want to take legal action (if its possible)

1) whats the best way to approach this problem

Sounds like your neighbours are being super uncooperative.

 Here's what you can do:

 1. *Approach*: - Send them a registered notice (lawyer can help draft it) stating the issue and expenses incurred. - If they still don't budge, file a complaint with the local municipal corporation or police (they might intervene). - You can also consider filing a civil suit for nuisance and claim damages.

2. *Expenses*: - Lawyer fees can vary (₹5k-20k+ depending on complexity). - Court fees depend on the claim amount (usually 1-2% of claim). - Other costs include documentation, notices, etc.

Best bet is to consult a local property lawyer who can guide you on the specifics and help draft notices/suits.

Try staying calm and let the law take its course, okay? 😊

You consult an advocate in the local and issue a legal notice on the basis of the grievances you suffered due to the nuisance casued by the neighbor after that you can approach police with a complaint if the neighbor is not listening.

Yes, you may send a legal notice followed by a civil action, if so advised. You also have the option of approaching the Taluka/District Legal Service Authority for placing the matter in the weekly/monthly adalat and try to set the issue amicably.

You may approach police for continuous and constant nuisance especially if the neighbour is not responding to the legal notice
