Previous company is not releasing fnf for almost 2 years now

My company has not released FNF for almsot 2 years now. They do not pick up call. They do not respons to email. I have written multiple email to managing director of company , he also is not bothered to respond.

Many ex-employees have sent legal notice . That also they are not responding. Many have filed police complaint, then also they are not relasing fnf. One of the employee who argued over legal issue with company , they told that they will respond to thier legal notice. But nothing happened.

I have registered my case with labor office for almost 12-18 months back but it also did  not made any changes. On social media like FB , linked in ,many employees are commenting with thier issues but then also company is not bothered to resolve the issue.

What should we do now.

File a money recovery suit in civil court for recovery of money due to you.

To collect a full and final settlement, follow these steps: 1. *Review your contract*: Check your employment contract or agreement to understand your entitlements. 2. *Request a settlement statement*: Ask your employer for a detailed breakdown of your settlement. 3. *Verify calculations*: Ensure accuracy in calculations of your dues, including salary, benefits, and any other entitlements. 4. *Check for deductions*: Confirm if any deductions, like taxes or notice period pay, are correct. 5. *Negotiate*: If necessary, negotiate with your employer to resolve any discrepancies. 6. *Get a release letter*: Obtain a letter confirming the settlement and releasing you from any further obligations. 7. *Receive payment*: Ensure you receive the settlement amount in full and on time. 8. *Acknowledge receipt*: Send an acknowledgement letter or email to confirm receipt of the settlement. Remember to stay professional and document all communication. If issues arise, consider seeking advice from a legal or HR expert.
