Power of attorney

Power of attorney given by land laord and all the lagal heirs to the party ,now after the death of the land lord the Power of attorney is valid based on the legal heirs given the power of attorney to the same party along with the land lord

Quick Summary
A Power of Attorney (PoA) typically becomes invalid upon the death of the principal who granted it. Even if legal heirs later grant a PoA to the same party, the original PoA ceases to be effective. The death of the landlord or the executor of the PoA terminates the attorney's authority over the subject matter, rendering the document void.

No.  If any of the principals (land owners) dies the power is invalid.

With death of executor of PoA the attorney has no authority on the subject matter as PoA becomes infructous and invalid.
