Power of Attorney

Can a Constituted Attorney further delegate his powers to any other person?

It is possible.

Then the Attorney agent will be a principal in the subsequent one and he can confer his powers to his Attorney Agent

The Power of Attorney should have a specific clause for sub-delegation of his powers. Usually such power is not granted unless - in corporate industry for senior executives and in family matters for very trusted persons.
