Post master very rude behavior

The other day, my staff went to nearby post office for some routine endorsements.

The Post master present, bahaved very rudely. Did not do the work. Bluntly refused to the work.

Asked my staff to get out and never come back for such petty works.

Then I sent him with a Formal letter requeting him to receive the same and mention his name, his superior's name,et con the duplicate copy. That also he very badly refused. And told me and my staff to do whatever we want to do and literaaly pushed us out of the Post office.

Although a small matter.. worth forgetting.

But I think if we are right, we should see that Govt Employees behave.

What type of Court matter I can intiate? My objective is only to make the person concerned realise that after all he is a Government Employee drawing salary from our taxes.

Any smaple previous complaint formats will be highly appreciated
