my sister got married on aug 3 2012, now we happened to know that he has a pre-marital affair and continuing till now. we all questioned him about this and happened to know that he is forced to do this marriage by his parents for dowry sake. now he is telling that he will stay with my sister and take her to singapore along with him as his company is sending him there for 6 months. we got him sign an agreement on stamp papers that he 'll not have extra mariatal affair again and stay with my sister only on 3 april 2013. now we happen to know that he is still in contact with her [girl friend ] on phone. he went singapore a week back and told us he'll come and take my sister again in a week. all i want to know is how far can we believe him and his family. is there any option i can provide security for sister by registering in any women cour?. please help me
