Polygraph test

Hiya

Is polygraph test acceptable in courts? If not why?

Europeans are bluntly lying to Indian NRI students on phones and education fairs condected in India, that they will give a job after education and taking them abroad for education. After education, no one got a job. Meantime they gave part time jobs and asking to Indians to continue in the same job or else go back.

How can any student prove their innocence? When polygraph is not accepted then why didnt they record their calls and voices plus they denied we didnt lie? How will the courts or police investigate this issue?

I just only want to know how will you investigate and crack these frauds?

Regards

You first of all lodge a criminal complaint against the offenders with the jurisdictional law enforcing agency in India venting out your grievances and pray for relief and remedy.

You attach all documentary evidences with your complaint and pursue the complaint properly.

You will be notified about the steps taken and further legal course of action initiated.

Why don' they execute agreement or get written commitments from the college, the oral agreements can be just false promises. Only written agreements or conditions shall be enforceable.

All promises need not be enforceable agreements. Moreover, what about the jurisdictional aspect? Do Indian Courts have jurisdiction?

Further, alleged breach is civil than criminal!

What breach and what is civil here Mr. Venu! There is no law plus no recording and no polygraph, how will you justify?
