Police no action even after court order

Approached a ps in hyderabad, they refused to take complaint as it is against a woman and a domestic matter. Later approached concerned court &  presented the averments and an order obtained through a private complaint. The court directed the SHO to file an FIR ,investigate and report back to the court. But till date the SHO & PS officials colluded and giving lame excuses. They are not replying to my postal mails or even RTI or when meet in person they are saying come some other day & keep postponing.

Kindly help in replying what further actions can be taken here ?

If the SHO and PS officials are not responding to your RTI queries, you can file an appeal with the First Appellate Authority ¹. To do this, you'll need to select the "Submit First Appeal" option on the RTI Online Portal and fill out the form ¹. Remember to include your registration number and email ID from your original application ¹.

You can file a contempt of court petition before the concerned court against the police for not obeying the court order
