Please help the poor handloom association

Hi All,

I need your suggestion to take further steps for Handloom poor society. As per Below order, Can 5th-Respondents start their works in the place?

Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated
in the Affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more
particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action of respondents in their
proceedings Rc.No.3036/2010C,
dated 22052011
and in Proceedings RC.No.4787/2010F2,
dated 20052011
initiated by the 2nd respondent thereby cancelled the development agreement between the petitioner
and 5th respondent without issuing any notice to the petitioner is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, without
jurisdiction and violation of the principal of natural justice and set aside the same violative of articles 14 and
21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to set aside the orders passed by the
respondents in his proceedings in Rc.No.3036/2010C,

and in Rc.No.4787/2010F2,
dated
20052011
and allowing petitioner to undertake execution of work;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein, order of
the High Court dated 24122013
& 15.02.2013 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri
Mangena Sree Rama Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the GP for Cooperation for Respondents, the
Court made the following
ORDER:
Post after two weeks.
Interim order, dated 24.12.2012, to continue pending further orders.
