I joined a very reputed company in 2010 as a software engineer trainee. I had a bond with them for 2 years and during that period only the company has the right to terminate else i have to pay 2 lakhs as bond money. I joined the company on April 21 st 2010 and left on April 4 2011. I was placed in Chennai and i was not able to work in that location hence i asked for transfer. But they refused. Even my department was harassing me very much, so i asked them for department change, which again they rejected. So finally one day I stopped going to work. After an year now I started looking for job and got one since i had mentioned my previous company experience to. But I do not have relieving or resignation letter. I do not know what to do. I am in no state to pay 2lakh. The previous employers are also not helpful. It's been more than an year since i have contacted them. Can anyone please advice me, since this job is very important to me. I have my salary slips though, initial offer letter.
