Dear All,
I want to file a case of Cheating,breach of agreement and contempt of court against my INLAWS as they haven't followed the agreement made at Mediation centre,Aligarh district court.Could anybody provide me the sample of petitions or any body help me in creating the same.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry to say i have little faith left on the lawyers .If i can get the sample format i can get it modified as per my case history.
