WEATHER THEY ARRESTED ,OR THREATENED TO ARREST ?. BETTER TAKE AN ANTICIPATORY BAIL IF NOT ARRESTED. HRC IS A TIME TAKING FORUM FOR GENTS.  .

Gautham,

You can go to the Human rights but before you do that, you will have to do a lot of homework. File RTI in the police to know all the details - right from the filing of complaint till you were arrested - What and how did they perform their investigations?

Attend the local SIF meetings in your city.

you take anticipatory fail and if you fail there go for regular bail.  It is mere waste of time and energy to approach the HRC as they cannot take cognizance of this matter.

Better apply for the anticipatory bail in the Dist., court. They are police people

Concurred with the opinions of the members.Taking up with HRC which is a body  without teeth, will be a Big disapointment.
