I am having a building which contain shopes and homes. Mostly those staying in home will be vaccating with 2 or 3 years. But in the case of some shopes, its continuing for long years. My question is that is there any rule that if someone is staying in our shope for more than many years for rent, they can own it or they can resist us if we are trying to quit them from the shope. I hope my question is clear to you..

Surely you can evict a tenant from your premises.  There is no law which prohibit you from doing so.  It isirrelevent how many years they had been tenants in the premises.  From the question it is not clear from which state you are from.  There are state laws regariding rent control.  SInce the law is state law each state has its own rent control laws.  Hence you may consult a good civil lawyer practicing in your state for further steps.
