In the passport renewal form there is a question -
Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/ summon pending
before a court of India?
FIR was lodged against me under section 498A and 323 for which police had filed a b-report and got discharged in this case from court also.
Please help me if I should say no or yes.
