Pass Port

Hi Folks,
I got some good opportunity at abroad, today I decided to apply pass port @ my place.

I have some doubt..

I am facing some Civil case against my land ?

can I apply pass port?

can anyone suggest me

Fighting civil case has nothing to do with passport.
