We are 4 brothers. Our mother gifted her land to 4 brothers in equal share each brother got 1 acre 2 guntas, but one of our elder brother who is receiver of gift is not ready to vacate possession of land and is in possession of his 3 brothers land. we filed partition suit but the case was disposed and given in favour of brother holding posession. What should other 3 brothers do???? Order we have not received in hand.
