can a hindu woman seek partition from her husband? whether wife can claim partition of undivided hindu family?

She can seek partition with her husband only if there is any property held by the Husband and Wife as co-owners. She cannot in the lifetime of her husband seek any partition as regards joint family property/coparcenory property, only after the death of the husband - when a share gets vested in her - can she seek partition for culling out her share or share of her children if any.
