Our`s is a Co op Housing Society registered under CHS Act. We have 47 members in our society. Out of which couple of member have Rented their flats. In our AGM we have passed resolution of charging X amount for vehicle parking of these tenants. Does said resoultion passed by AGM is acceptable in court of law? FYI parking charges decied by AGM is more than 10% of maintainance charges of those rented flat.

For any grievances against AGM resolutions, you can submit your grievances or  appeals to registrar of co-operative societies. No need to come to the court.
