Hello All,
My father is alive and he is holding his own earned 3 house amount 10, 10, 30 lacs.
We are 2 brother, but my elder brother understanding and attitude is not good towards me.
And after my marriage he put his childrens with my parents.
So my father asked me take 30 lacs house and pay him the difference, that means 5 lacs.
So here are my doubts
1) Can I get loan to but my parental property?
2) If I get the house from my father, will be there be any problem from my brother side later on as my brother childrens are staying with my parents because my brother is not earning well ?
3) What are the major things I must take care to avoid any future issues?
