How to prove oral partnership when persons of the family were doing business but the name of only a few had been mentioned as partners in a firm?
Whether the rights of other members of the family is not enforceable at law.
What kind of evidences must be available to prove such an oral partnership at court of law and to make those partners to render the accounts of partnership firm?
I have asked for the remedy at end of other members who were working orally as partners but not mentioned in the deed of partnership. I think now it looks much more clear.
