My wife filed nullity petition , now the matter is in counselling stage . So far two counselling dates have been given , but my wife has not attended in any of the counselling. I want to know whether the matter will go to hearing stage if she repeatedly remains absent. Can i submit any application for speedy solution of the matter.

Nullity on what grounds? Why has she filed the petitiion and why is she absenting herself?U can file a memo for speedy trial.
