Do a Notice is required to be sent by a lawyer before filing a civil case particularly in the matter of Maintenance case from a Government servant? Can't it would be proceeded directly by filing Civil case in the session court?.. Regards
I meant notice to the Accused /respondent.. As we are running short of time.. As the government servant (X), the respondent, is not maintaining his wife (Y), the plaintiff. And X is about to retire in November 2016...please guide
