notary

Can notary will admissible in court, if any dispute arise in partnership?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the legal standing of a notarised partnership deed in UK courts, particularly concerning disputes. It clarifies that a notarised deed alone may not be sufficient for legal proceedings because a partnership firm is not treated as a separate legal entity. For a partnership deed to be admissible and for the firm to have legal status in court, it must be registered with the relevant department.

sec "18 "states that a partner is an agent for doing the business of the firm and the partnership firm will not be treated as legal entity. Hence, a firm which has entered into notarized partnership deed have no legal status for any proceedings Partnership .Partnership deed should be registered with  the department of registration of Firm
