Not uploading orders

Same is the case with my senior citizen friend. In spite of clearing all objections in LOA matter and clearance from concerned authority and advice to issue LOA matter is being delayed. Perhaps the worst & rotting judicial system of our country. Needs immigration upheaval.

It is not easy to upload the orders.  Sometimes the court has to attend to urgent cases and upload the files.  And also the servers( net/electricity like that) of all the government/courts will give a lot of trouble and they cannot do anything.  

Apply for certified copy of the order.
