Within one year of marriage if fraud is caught spouse can take the divorce.

You can file for annulment of marriage under the hindu marriage act. However, you should not have lived as husband and wife after the discovery of the fraud.

You can file for annulment of marriage on ground of fraud - i.e concealment of material circumstance concernign your wife. This can be filed within 1 year of discovery of fraud. This also qualifies as mental disorder that renders her unfit for marriage.

The concealment of disease is the suppression of a material fact, which entitles the husband to get the marriage annulled. The petiton for annulment has to be filed within a year from the date of dsicovery of fraud, provided that you have not lived with her after the discovery. Go for annulment only if you have evidence to prove that her epilepsy was concealed from you.

 The statement which I said is similar to other reply also there are many cases that after first night marriage got annulled within one year on the basis of fraud for any spouse.
