I have recently purchased a property(apartment) in a building which is built on a collectors land. The property is already registered in my name however i need to apply for NOC from collector to get my name in the society.
What is the procedure to apply for NOC from collector

go to collector's office, fill up relevant forms for NOC, you might get theNOC. TAKE PAINS.
