if the husband is taking treatment of obssessive compulsive disorder from govt hospital and he is having disc problem for which he is taking treatment and that disc problem is uncurable and if wife and husband both are unemployed and wife is more qualified than husband .Then in this case still husband has to pay the maintenance to the wife under crpc 125
