Without appointing by legal herirer. 2) After 7 years whether they can substitute their daughter as a co one of the director to conduct the case..because cheque given to individual name his father name..how co will involve...on individual capacity only can file ?legal hirer complaint any wife, two daughter. Among two one daughter only filling as one of the company director...is it valid as per law..if so ok. Or no how can we protect...
