In chq bounce case ,after bouncing the chq legal notice ,name wrongly mentioned. Full name kayarohanam, but legs notice kaya only. Address correctly mentioned. But all records in court name kaya only. Case Transfered karnataka to chennai. In chennai also name same. But legal notice replied myself with correct name. When can take defence initial stage or trial.

As per law cheque bounce cases deeply look into debt & liablity from complainant and accused. as per your statement you received legal notice, but full name not mention in the C.C. and same you had been given cheque by you. best you can take trial and prove it that no liable and debt.

otherwise you take one chance you can file quash the complainant, but not sure to succeed your case.
