He married a girl by hiding his impotency.. He has been harrassing, torturing girl and girl side family members from last 4 yrs. He and his family members took dowry (photos proof exist for evidence too) and started harassing her for more dowry/lands/house construction/girl's salary etc etc.. due to all this torture, girl's father had also hospitalized for so many times as he is heart patient. Girl went to depression and lost her job, fighting for justice in the courts from last 3 yrs. It is geniunie 498A, 506, 34 DPA filed on him and his family members. Some more sections are missed and will be added soon.We are waiting for all these people to get into JAIL for puinishment. These people are very sadistic people and very very dangerous to society and very very harmful to anyone. So, be careful about this person and don't waste your time to respond to his queries as those details are fake and wrong. -- Thank You.

If this fellow is fraud, how do you know him? Is he related to you or you’re his wife or her relative? Please come out with your own true identity.

​As far reply to the query, the best you ask your lawyer/police authorities about it. Usually, the matter referred for mediation if fails are referred back to the court for further proceedings.

If you feel your case is genuine, go and talk to your lawyer and police as rightly advised by @ Vijay Raj Mahajan; or you are free to ask any advise based on the facts your case on the forum. But, withoutout knowing me and hiding your own personal details, your responses are so bad and are against the basic ethics of the forum. Remeber, basically this forum is for those agrieved by the false cases(ex. 498A), since the  current legal system is gender biased. Since you said your case genuine, you dont need to come to the forum and spoil the basic purpose of it, instead ask your genuine questions and get help. 

@ Kumar-the fighter, You are talking about basic ethics of the forum??? You created so many fake accounts and faked up all the details in the query with wrong & different stories and trying hard to escape from jailing which is almost impossible now.

You have been doing big violations in the forumwith fake/fraud/manipulated details. There is a complaint given on you to this forum owner. Don't worry about it and they are investigating it and will take some serious legal actions on you soon.

Your actual gender will be tested/decided medically very soon. So, don't worry about gender !!

Time has come and all your faults are getting exposed one by one. There are some serious legal cases that are going to be filed very soon against you and your family for spoiling girl's life, her family and then spoiling her family image in the society. It's not the game to escape and ruin girl's life for years and years. It's very very big serious thing.
