Need Bail for Accused Person no: 5 in a 302 murder case

Hi,

Brief Knowledge about this Case...

1. Case ( Section 509, 324 & 302) was put mainly on 3 persons and also they put 2 more names like support names. They mentioned that, the last 2 persons support the above 3 persons to hit that person. After they hit one guy, he admitted into hospital, after 2 days he was died.

Initially they put Section 509, 324 after died they have added Section 302.

Actually, the last 2 persons were not involved and also they were not there in the spot. infact they doestn't aware of this incident. But the local people againt to us are intentionally put the last 2 names in the case..

Now, they are in Remand ( All 5 persons). Please help us to get bail for the last person ( No:5 in the case).

Soo we are looking for a bail for Acused Person NO:5

If sec 34 or sec 149ipc is not included in fir then the offence of 302 is not made out on the rest persons as it is clear that they did not hit the deasesed . Circumstances shows that the rest two name only added due to enemity . So go for the bail of no.4&5 and you will get it from session .
