Nbw -498a

Hi Sir, Wife filed 498a on me later they added my parents names to charge sheet in Court.we are all on Bail and we didnt receive any summons from court but First Hearing was on 18.08.2015 and same We informed to our that file absent petition. our lawyer done same thing. But our lawyer told us that A-4,A-5 NBW is pending before the court. we got shocked that they didnt receive any summons from court and But how It happened. When I checked in court website its showing A1,A2,A3 absent and petition filed and allowed. NBW pending for A4,A5. Shall I give complaint to higher authorities that without serving summons they made to issue NBW to A4, A5. If so please advise what reason you want to tell in the complaint. Thanks for ur time.
