Dear sir, my friend has been married to a girl who is from other state (N.E) although he is from the south india.He has a son and what will be his nativity ?It is required for college admission in engineering.Legally what nativity certificate he should produce at the time of admission. thanks
Generally it is the father's nativity that will be accorded to the child, in case the mother wishes to apply with her nativity for the reasons shown and held valid, this also may be considered.
