Name correction in challan mtr form 6

I buy a new under construction flat.

I have done agreement with builder through a lawyer and deed is registered in sub-registrar office.

Everything is correct in agreement however in challan name of my wife (saloni sethi) is mentioned as saloni shah. And lawyer also not specified pan number while filling challan details on egras system. Flat number and project details are correct.

Is this a problem while taking home loan?

How name is challan can be rectified? How same can be updated in egras system since no change is allowed in Maharashtra.

Please help.

Get a rectification deed from the builder for name correction, which is important.

Since mistake is in challan and not in agreement papers, how rectification deed help in getting name update in e-gras system?

If e-gras shows wrong name for challan, then technically it is not registered with us.

How to get e-gras system with correct name?

Where did you remit the challan amount? You ask them how to rectify it.

It is filled by lawyer firm online through e-gras system.

And they used totally incorrect surname for my wife.

No. already remitted through e-challan by mistake. The mistake occurred while typing the name. So it is firm's mistake.
