a person in MP put a complained with some good documentary evidences in police station, DM office, and commissioner of deptt , against a C.M.O.IN-Charge, nagar panchayat for action against him on corruption matter. Police didn’t register the case, commissioner of deptt through DM start investigation by SDM. after 9 months of it SDM report to DM the CMO in charge is guilty in corruption at 05-05-2011. the SP, DM and commissioner of deptt not taken any action yet. the CMO In-Charge is working at there place and post today. the complainant also put the certified copy of SDM report for suitable action to DM SP AND Commi. Police told him they are waiting for original documents of case from DM and they have intimate to provide us the same. What to do next??
