My teaching government job issue

Respected Lawyers,

I need a suggestion regarding my U.P. TGT Music teacher government job problem.

  • Four years ago I left the job in anger because they did not pay me salary after working for 2 months because they were demanding bribe for joining the school and for passing the first salary. I did not pay them anything and left the school and came back at home because I had no money to survive.
  • Now, the school manager sent me a letter to report him or send resignation. Since I was angry and did not want to pay any bribe, I sent a resignation letter on a white paper out of frustration stating that I am resigning because I have not got any salary till now to 4 locations including "Madhyamik Seva Chayan Board".
  • No letter came to me after that from anywhere in the last four years. Since I need a job very badly right now, I complaint via IGRS (CMO) to pay me the salary and tell me the status about my job.
  • after a month they replied that they did not pay my salary because my document verification was not done. (They are telling a lie because all the documents were verified during my working period and it can be verified via the Letters receiving date through the post office.) Also they have mentioned a wrong joining date (Minused 1 month) in the reply and said to pay as soon as possible but its been 40 days till now.
  • I went to school where I was posted and talked to the manager for joining now he is saying that I will have submit a mental illness medical of four years that I suspect is a very wrong thing for me to do.

So what I want is to join the job at somewhere else via transfer if possible and my salary. Please suggest what are my options and what can be done. Thanks in advance.

Options for Resolving the Issue Given your situation, here are some potential options to consider: -

*File a complaint with the relevant authorities*: You can file a complaint with the education department or the state government, highlighting the issues you've faced, including the demand for bribes and the unfair treatment. -

*Seek assistance from a lawyer*: Consulting with a lawyer who specializes in employment law or government job disputes can help you understand your rights and options. -

*Request a transfer*: If you're interested in continuing your job as a TGT Music teacher, you can request a transfer to a different school or location. -

*Claim your salary*: You can pursue your claim for salary for the two months you worked, potentially through a legal or administrative process.

Addressing the Mental Illness Medical Requirement - *Challenge the requirement*: You can dispute the requirement for a mental illness medical certificate, as it seems unreasonable and potentially discriminatory. -

*Seek support*: Consider seeking support from a mental health professional or a lawyer to help you navigate this issue.

Next Steps - *Document everything*: Keep a record of all correspondence, including dates, times, and details of conversations. -

*Follow up*: Follow up with the school management and relevant authorities to ensure your issues are being addressed.

- *Explore alternative solutions*: If you're unable to resolve the issue with your current school, explore alternative solutions, such as applying for other government jobs or seeking employment in a different sector.

By taking these steps, you can work towards resolving your issue and finding a suitable solution for your career and financial needs.

Thank you so much sir, getting government job is difficult these days that's why I want to continue this one.

The management of the school is very corrupt, they do illegal things for money such as taking bribe for certain tasks, offer cheating in examinations for money, eat government aids etc. It's an aided college. They don't fear for what they do.

I am in touch with them, right now trying to solve it with them but if they are not ready then, will choose all the options that are needed to get my government job. Thanks once again.

You may discuss in person with an efficient and eminent lawyer in the local and proceed as advised after your problems are properly conveyed to the lawyer.
