Dear all, I and my husband have agreed to mutually divorce. My hubby has been to out of India and has returned a week before and expected to go back within a fortnight. I had joined him during June 13 for 15 days and returned to India on 2-7-13. Since then we don't have any communication through either written, email, over telephone, or any other means. I stay at my father's place since last five years because of difference of opinions.
My question is whether on ground of total separation for six months can we get immediate divorce decree waving the six month period? If yes what is the procedure?
