Mutation of land

i have purchase 5 cottah land in west bengal in kolkata district . before purchse of land i get verifited with local land authority by searching.i found that it was clear property. we get it mutation and all the tax has been paid by us. but when i need to boundary that land some one come told that this is also purchase by me. in this case what should i do. please advice
