mutation of a plot of St

I have registered a plot in uttar pradesh, I am general in cast but but i bought plot of a st but 143 of land by sdm has done but after registery there is problem in mutation. Kindly guide me regarding this what i can do for mutation.

File a writ petition before Hon'ble High Court for direction where court will direct to complete your mutation within time frame better if you contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case.
