Mutation

I am a resident of Kolkata. I own a property with two others, one of whom has only life-interest. In the mutation certificate issued by Kolkata municipal corporation, is it mandatory for the said department to mention specifically the life interest holder in the mutation certificate? While filing application we mentioned this fact in our application.
