Muslim minor undivided share holder in property

Respected Lawyers,

I need clarity on the following point regarding a property that I intend to purchase.

Can I purchase a property held by a muslim family in which a minor is a minority UDS (5.9% share holder in Late Grandfather's property inherited due to the demise of his mother. His Father and Major brother are alive and are the other share holder and are willing to sign for themselves) and the sale deed is intended to be signed by the father of the minor in his capacity as a natural guardian and caretaker of the minor.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

As far as minor is concern you minor property cannot sell unless court permission is taken.
