accoring to muslim law
father did gift deed registration 5 yrs back, as of now not changed in the gram panchayat records....sister s claiming the share... my doubt is wethere registered gift deed be invalid ..because of not entered donees name in gram pachayat ( revenue records) father passes away 6 montha back... please clarify the situations
